Your name, address, phone number, email address, and all aspects of your account holder information must be true, accurate, complete, and up to date. (It is your responsibility to keep it up to date using the Client login.)
You should add IP address 162.249.126.44 to the 'safe senders' or 'white list' of your email account/system, to ensure you receive our emails (such as Invoices) from us.
You are solely responsible for the backup of your website(s) and data, including all of your website files, emails, databases, applications, graphics, pictures, videos, documents, texts, and any and all related materials, including configuration settings.
Your monthly webiste hosting runs on a 30 day period (not a calendar month), and payment is due when Invoiced at the start of each 30 day period. If you do not pay within 5 days of the due date, your web hosting account will be 'suspended' until you pay, which emans that your website will not show. After 365 days of non-payment your web hosting account and your website files, database , etc will be 'terminated' (deleted).
You will not use your website or hosting account (or any aspect of either), to send spam, bulk, or junk mail, or for any illegal or immoral purpose, or to brute force attack websites or computer systems, or to wage denial of service attacks, or other forms of cyber attacks.
You will not engage in illegal activity.
You will not use your account to host adult or gambling sites or materials.
You will not engage in unreasonable use.
You must pay your invoices when due, or your web hosting account and all websites and data in it might be suspended, and later terminated (deleted), without notice or recourse.
You understand and agree that none of the WRS Web Solutions Inc. affiliate programs cover any products or services sold on this website, and that this website does not have or offer an affiliate or referral program.
You understand that due to technical reasons beyond our control, that this website is not fully available in all languages, other than the English language, and as such, it is not intended to be offering or marketing products or services to residents of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Due to the highly interconnected nature of IT infrastructure in North America, you understand that your data could be stored in (or transit) Canada or the USA or both.
As a condition of use, you agree that these terms of service, and your relationship with us is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and by the laws of Canada.
Canadian residents will be changed applicable Canadian sales taxes, based on their customer address.
